to donM: I think the XD9 only have a left en right output also a micro out. I have played only 1 hour on this instrument.
to Scottyee: Yes i play very much at this time (and so i have not many time to be here on this forum..also my dayjob included).
But if i have time a read much on this forum.

I'm assuming the variations, fills, intros and endings have dedicated buttons, rather than having to choose for a menu (PSR2000).
I also wonder how many User Styles can be stored.

Yes ! the Xd9 is going to smoke ! Not in a fire kind of way . What I really dig is the feedback from AJ + Notlos . I said earlier that AJ will be a great asset . We already have Dirk giving some great imput as well . Rock on ! dano

Where are the fill and variation buttons located? Left, right or middle?

Hi Don,

The fill's (3) and break are on the left side.
The variatonbuttons (4) on the right.
tap/restart/start-stop/hold and start-stop in the middle.
